Role Summary
The Program Executive will support education, skilling,



and engagement initiatives within the Prgrammes department.
The role involves coordinating programme activities, maintaining documentation, supporting data collection and management, and helping ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
This position also supports learner engagement, enrolment follow-up, stakeholder coordination, and reporting for ongoing programme delivery.
It is suited to an early-career skilled with an interest in education, youth development, and community-based programmes.

Key Responsibilities
Collect qualitative and quantitative data and support data management for programme activities.
Support the joining process for new recruits and coordinate visits of potential FLMs.
Drive enrolment of girls in educational programmes such as Open Schooling, UG, PG, and ITI based on individual development plans.
