Job Description

We are hiring for SBI Branch Relationship Executive [Banca Channel]
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Identify potential recent clients and develop strategies to increase business




Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address any issues or concerns
Keep track of market trends and competition to stay ahead in the industry
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote company products and services
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients highlighting company offerings
Meet sales targets and drive revenue growth for the branch
Provide exceptional customer service and handle client inquiries efficiently
Update CRM system with client interactions and maintain accurate records
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
