Job Description
Dispense prescription medication and provide medication counseling to patients




Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans
Monitor and manage drug therapy to identify and prevent potential drug interactions or adverse effects
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medication records
Conduct medication therapy reviews and offer recommendations for medication adjustments
Stay current on current drugs and treatments through continuing education and career development
Comply with all state and federal pharmacy regulations and guidelines
