Senior Benefit Administrator Job Description :

The Role & Key Responsibilities:
Benchmark benefits to ensure appropriate positioning in market whilst achieving global harmonization where possible by developing cost effective recommendations
Support the review and negotiation of benefit plan renewals
Provided strategic oversight of company retirement offerings, including the creation and launch of pension schemes aligned to regulatory compliance, cost efficiency
Act as first point of contact for Perks Set up related queries from local HR teams, escalating where necessary




Work towards becoming the subject matter expert in relation to Global Perks Delivery
Support policy renewals and negotiations with full analysis
Support employee communications of benefits and wellbeing initiatives
Act as primary contact for insurers, brokers and manage the approved vendor & PO process for recent providers
Governance and compliance of employee leave frameworks, ensuring alignment with local statutory regulations and consistent application across the organization
Escalation contact for complex queries, and support for internal stakeholders
Guidance and support to junior benefits administrator and payroll administrators
Ensure compliance with Indian labour and social security regulations, where applicable
Assist with benefit due diligence for various projects such as mergers & acquisitions, supporting key stakeholders to ensure full comparisons are made and any issues/risks are highlighted
