Job Description
AR Billing/Disputes
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for billing operations, providing guidance and support to all team members and cross-functional stakeholders
Execute the end-to-end billing process
Process billing adjustments, credit notes and refunds
Process billing reconciliation,vendor invoicing
Document Matching
Accurate handling of complex accounts/invoices/customers
Proficiency in MS Excel
Handle customer disputes related to invoices, payments, and account balances, ensuring timely resolution.
