Job Description
Act as a key point of contact for recruitment-related activities at Flipkart
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
Source, screen,



and interview potential candidates for various positions within the organization
Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders and candidates
Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure data accuracy
Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners
Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other networking opportunities
Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment progress
Stay current on market trends and recruitment best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
