We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Account Executive (B2B Sales) to drive new business growth for a SaaS-based marketing automation platform serving e-commerce businesses.
The role will involve managing the complete sales cycle, from prospect research and cold outreach to requirement discovery, product demonstrations, follow-ups, negotiation, and deal closure. The ideal candidate should be able to understand prospect requirements, effectively communicate the value of SaaS solutions, handle objections, and build strong relationships with B2B and e-commerce clients.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential B2B prospects and understand their business requirements and pain points.
Conduct cold outreach and engage with prospects to generate and qualify sales opportunities.
Understand prospect requirements and position the solution according to their business needs.




Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate key features, benefits, and value propositions.
Manage follow-ups and move qualified prospects through different stages of the sales funnel.
Address customer objections and provide relevant, tailored solutions.
Negotiate commercial terms and drive prospects through successful closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to improve sales messaging based on customer feedback and market trends.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity updates, pipeline information, and forecasts.
Contribute to a rapid-growing sales setting with opportunities to take ownership and eventually mentor or lead a team.

1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, inside sales, or a related field.
