Job Description
Responsible for overseeing the recruitment process for all positions within the organization
Utilize positive comprehensive skills to identify and attract top talent




Demonstrate leadership abilities in managing a team of recruiters
Teach and train team members on effective recruiting strategies
Provide team coaching to improve performance and achieve recruitment goals
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to fill open positions in a timely manner

Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment
