Tele Calling
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers through phone calls to inform them about new products and services, address their concerns, and resolve any issues they may have.
Set up and maintain customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service to meet sales targets and increase customer loyalty.
Conduct needs assessments to identify customer needs and preferences, and tailor product or service recommendations accordingly.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by utilizing effective communication and negotiation skills.
Provide product or service information, answer customer questions, and address objections in a skilled and courteous manner.
Document customer interactions, including sales, leads, and complaints, in a CRM system to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales, customer service,



or telemarketing.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and achieving customer satisfaction goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Robust problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Technical Skills & Experience
Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zoho, to track customer interactions and sales performance.
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Knowledge of sales strategies, including upselling, cross-selling, and retention techniques.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
