Job Description:

We are seeking a Qualified , Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI) to join our energetic team at Rashmi & Co. The role involves handling comprehensive responsibilities across various corporate compliance functions, including:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Incorporation and Business Registration:




Assist clients in registering recent companies, including Private Limited Companies, LLPs, and other business entities.
Handle the complete process of business registration, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
Provide advisory services on selecting the appropriate business structure based on client needs.

Compliance Services:
Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns, financial statements, and other required filings with ROC and other regulatory bodies.
Maintain and update statutory registers as per legal requirements.
Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations and keep clients informed of any changes affecting their business operations.
Conduct internal audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to corporate governance standards.

Legal Services:
Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents on behalf of clients.
