Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned bank branches.
Generate current business through joint field activities with bank relationship managers.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain robust, productive relationships with bank branch managers and staff.
Act as the primary point of contact between the bank and the insurance company.
Training & Development
Train bank staff on:
Life insurance concepts and customer need-based selling
Product features and suitability
