Role & Responsibilities-
Hands-on experience in Estimation within a project-based manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge and practical experience in Zero-Based Costing.
Candidates should be immediate joiners or have a notice period of not more than 30 days.

Capabilities-
Ability to work independently with minimum guidance
Must read/ understand manufacturing drawings, RFQ Drawings / 3D drawings.
Conversant in MS Office Word, Advanced Excel and Power point preferred.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, dynamic work workplace with a focus on technical excellence, responsiveness to meet timelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Ability to work in teams with strong team management and leadership skills.
Knowledge and experience in ERP systems, Epicor preferred

Skills & Qualifications-
Techno-commercial role involving team leadership and individual contribution,



overseeing the entire project costing cycle-from development cost estimation to evaluating product cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Prepare competitive quotations based on the customer scope provided by the Sales or Project team, applying technical expertise to achieve optimum cost without compromising essential requirements.
Analyse and interpret customer inputs such as renderings, drawings, and technical specifications to accurately develop project cost estimates.
Identification, quantification of all project cost factors, such as production time, materials, tools, labour expenses, and any other costs associated.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Production, Engineering and Projects team to ensure the accurate and timely estimation of recent projects.
Review estimates prepared by team to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with defined scope of work.
