Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Branch Managers for IFA (Independent Financial Advisor) Channel. The ideal candidates will have a robust background in Mutual Funds, Fixed Income, Insurance, and a thorough knowledge of primary market products. You will play a critical role in driving business growth, recruiting and managing independent financial distributors, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the IFA/MFD (Mutual Fund Distributor) channel for mutual funds, fixed income, insurance, and other investment products.
Recruit, engage, and nurture relationships with Independent Financial Distributors to drive business objectives.
Promote and distribute primary market products such as Mutual Funds, NFOs, IPOs, NCDs, Bonds, Corporate Fixed Deposits, and other capital market instruments.




Provide training, support, and guidance to IFA partners to enhance their business and product knowledge.
Achieve branch sales targets and ensure consistent business growth through effective channel management.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations and guidelines.
Conduct regular meetings, events, and seminars for IFAs/MFDs to increase product penetration and business volume.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate.
5+ years of relevant experience in IFA/MFD channel management, mutual funds, fixed income, and insurance.
In-depth knowledge of primary market products (MF, NFOs, IPOs, NCDs, Bonds, Capital Market products, Corporate FDs, etc.).
Robust network of IFAs/Distributors.
