Job Description:

A Vice President (VP) or President, Commercial oversees and drives the revenue-generating functions of a company, including sales, marketing, and business development, by developing and executing strategies to achieve growth and profitability. Key responsibilities include managing key commercial teams, identifying and capitalizing on new business and market opportunities, overseeing budgets and P&L;, and collaborating with other executives to align commercial activities with overall corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement commercial strategies, policies, and initiatives to drive revenue, growth, and profitability.
Team Management:

Lead and coach commercial teams (sales, marketing, business development) to ensure high performance, professional development, and a collaborative work workplace.
Business Development:

Identify and pursue current business prospects, market trends, and strategic partnerships to expand the company's reach.
Financial Oversight:

Manage the commercial budget,
