Job Description
Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities
Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns to schedule appointments for the sales team
Conduct market research to identify new potential clients and industries to target
Maintain a database of call records, leads,



and appointments for reporting purposes
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective calling scripts and strategies
Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with prospects to increase conversion rates
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls made, appointments scheduled, and new business generated
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competition to improve calling techniques and results
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance communication and sales skills
Work closely with senior management to implement new strategies and tactics to improve calling performance and results.
