Job Summary
Ventra Health is seeking a Program Management Analyst with excellent analytical, communication and software skills to support the design, implementation, and management of recent business systems and processes used by a wide range of Ventra Stakeholders.





Essential Functions and Tasks
Work with the business to gather information and develop system requirements and mockups for key workflows
Work with the business to gather information and develop system requirements and mockups for reports and dashboards
Work with vendor teams to assist in the design and build of rule-based workflows, automation, reporting packages, and dashboards
Understand business processes and produce process flow diagrams
Liaise with the business to help understand and answer system related questions and troubleshoot issues
Prioritize and manage a significant volume of escalation inflow, ensuring issues are triaged, routed and resolved in a timely manner
Manage reporting and dashboards to ensure continuous transparency to stakeholders at various levels
Adapt system configurations based on identified business needs
Coordinate testing scenarios for system changes and enhancements and
