Customer Experience and Business Trends (CXBT) Capability Team is looking for an experienced, talented and highly motivated individual to join our Global Capability team based in Bangalore.
As a Business Analyst (BA), you will contribute to critical global services that measure Amazon’s end-to-end Customer Experience.

The BA will bring innovation, a strategic perspective, a passionate voice, and an ability to prioritize and execute on a quick-moving set of priorities, competitive pressures, and operational initiatives. You will partner closely with program and technology teams to define and build cutting-edge and delightful experiences for customers. You must be highly analytical, able to work extremely effectively in a matrix organization, and have the ability to break complex problems down into steps that drive programs.

Key job responsibilities
Design and develop highly available dashboards and metrics using SQL,



QuickSuite and Excel.
Perform data analysis and visualization using Python
Have an eye for automation opportunities and deliver them
Understand the requirements of stakeholders and map them with the data sources/data warehouse
Own the delivery and backup of periodic metrics, dashboards to the leadership team
Draw inferences and conclusions, and create dashboards and visualizations of processed data, identify trends, anomalies
Execute high priority (i.e. cross functional, high impact) projects to improve operations performance
Perform business analysis and data queries using appropriate tools
Work closely with internal stakeholders such as business teams, engineering teams, and partner teams and align them with respect to your focus area
Experience with SQL or ETL
