Key Responsibilities
Perform functional, configuration, scalability, and security testing
Lead system level regression testing, and analyze pre and post upgrade results
Identify risks, gaps, and areas for improvement across the system
Provide Tier-2 support for product-related issues
Gather required information from customer support/reporters
Create, manage, and track Jira tickets through resolution
Identify root causes and escalate complex issues to the product team
Support customer systems remotely, including upgrade and rollback procedures
Maintain and enhance custom scripts and in-h
