Job Description
Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads
Introduce the company's products or services to prospects
Provide information about the features, perks, and pricing of the offerings
Set up appointments for the sales team with interested leads
Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction




Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients
Meet daily and monthly targets for calls made and leads generated
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging
Continuously update knowledge of products and services to effectively promote them
Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to telecalling operations
