Job Description
Manage the day-to-day operations of the hostel, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all guests
Greet guests upon arrival, check them in, and provide information about the hostel's facilities and services
Enforce hostel rules and policies,



addressing any guest concerns or issues as they arise
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the hostel, including common areas, bathrooms, and guest rooms
Oversee the scheduling and coordination of daily activities and events for guests
Monitor guest behavior and noise levels to ensure a peaceful and respectful atmosphere
Handle any emergencies or security incidents that may occur during your shift
Work closely with other staff members to coordinate tasks and responsibilities
Keep records of guest reservations, payments, and any incidents that occur on the property
Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive and enjoyable experience for all guests at Ducate.
