Job Description
Responsible for recruitment and onboarding processes for Flipkart Seller team
Coordinate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and create job postings
Conduct interviews and screen candidates to assess qualifications and fit for the team
Manage employee relations, including performance reviews and disciplinary actions




Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws
Provide HR guidance and support to employees on various HR-related matters
Assist in training and development initiatives for employees to enhance their skills and capabilities
