As an International Voice - Customer Support Executive (CSE) at Live Connections, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from global clients regarding product inquiries, order processing, troubleshooting, and general customer support. Job Description
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to our international clients
Handle inquiries, complaints, and troubleshoot technical issues




Build robust relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing timely solutions
Process orders, returns, and exchanges in an accurate and effective manner
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure resolutions are met promptly
Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
