Description
A highly critical and visible commercial operations role that will oversee our MNC client’s one of the biggest franchises. This is a hands-on position responsible for Channel Management, Tender Management, overseeing secondary sales compilation, incentives payment, Due Diligence, compliance, and audits that will enable the franchise to meet sales and service objectives. Collaboration with other members of the sales,
supply chain, sales, marketing, deliver, Regulatory affairs, and customer support teams is paramount to achieve objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Tender pricing, documentation, and approvals
End to end Third party Intermediary (TPI/Dealers) Management
Contract workforce Management
Digital solutions implementation
Overseeing Secondary Sales compilation and incentives payments
Due diligence and compliance of all commercial processes and handling different audits for the same.
Commercial Operations
TPI management in terms of appointment, network optimization, training, onboarding, performance monitoring, relationship management, technology deployment.
Drive end to end Tender management, pricing, documentation, software implementation and enhancement coordination.
Proactively facilitating, re-engineering, best practices & consensus between functional experts (Sales
