Job Description
Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring needs of Flipkart sellers
Source and attract candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and networking




Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and decision makers
Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process from start to finish
Build solid relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and recruit top talent
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and pipeline status
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for recent hires
