Job Description
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide technical solutions
Collaborate with sales teams to support the development of sales strategies and proposals
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and advantages of our products
Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process




Identify opportunities for improvement and growth in customer accounts
Stay up to date on industry trends and technologies to provide the most relevant solutions to customers
Travel to customer sites to provide on-site support and market our products
Create technical documentation and training materials for customers and sales teams
Participate in industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products
Work closely with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from customers
