We are looking for a Technical Lead to design and implement current systems and features, as well as modify and maintain existing systems for adaptation to business and/or technology changes.

The Tech Lead engages directly with IT management, development teams, technical delivery teams, and vendors to ensure the successful design, development, and delivery of technology-based solutions.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing positive practices and habits
Management of hosting workplace, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes
Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives, design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience
Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code




Provide code documentation and other inputs to technical documents
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Optimize applications for speed and scalability
Implement data security and protection

Must have skills:
Proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, Nest.js, and TypeScript.
Experience working in MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Microservices, GraphQL,MVC and Rest API.
Proven 6+ Years of experience as a Back-End Developer
Excellent analytical and time management skills
Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude
