Review purchase requests for non-trade items to ensure budget compliance and recommend for approval.
Assist in the preparation of various MIS reports, including daily cash projections and stock statements for funding.
Track open purchase orders and accrue trade and non-trade expenses
Review Opex and Capex invoices for alignment with POs and compliance before recommending for accounting.
Assist in the preparation and evaluation of RFPs for various operational needs, recommending vendor selection.
Monitor fixed assets, oversee pending capitalizations, and review general ledgers and audit schedules monthly.
