Job Description:

A Sales Executive for Medical Device Accessories and Consumables focuses on selling high-turnover products (consumables/disposables) to hospitals, clinics, and labs, aiming for high-volume sales, repeat orders, and consistent revenue growth. Responsibilities include building relationships with clinicians, demonstrating product usage, managing inventory replenishments, and meeting regional targets.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Sales: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key accounts such as hospitals, diagnostic centers, and clinics.
Product Promotion & Demonstration: Demonstrate the clinical advantages of medical devices, accessories, and consumables to doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators.
Order Fulfillment: Drive repeat orders and manage inventory turnover of consumables and accessories.
Field Coverage: Actively visit prospects and existing clients to provide technical support and manage the sales pipeline.
Relationship Building: Develop solid relationships with end-users (nurses, technicians) and procurement authorities.




Market Analysis: Research competitor products, pricing, and market trends to adapt sales strategies.
Reporting: Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasting, and submit timely market feedback.
Tender Management: Participate in hospital or government tenders.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field (Pharmacy preferred).
Experience: Proven experience in medical device sales, pharmaceutical sales, or hospital consumable sales.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of medical terminology and familiarity with the healthcare industry and sterile consumables.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Licensing: A valid driver's license for travel.
