Position Summary

Our Client is looking for a Director – Brand Marketing to lead brand strategy, positioning, creative direction, voice, and long-term brand equity.

The role will shape the brand across digital, in-app, social, content, campaigns, PR, and customer touchpoints, ensuring solid national scale while maintaining cultural relevance and authenticity.

Key Responsibilities
Own brand strategy, positioning, narrative, tone of voice, and brand architecture.
Lead creative direction across visual identity, motion, audio, copy, and brand guidelines.
Own brand experience across digital, in-app, onboarding, campaigns, and key customer touchpoints.
Lead social, PR, earned media, and cultural storytelling.
Develop and lead integrated brand campaigns across Paid, Owned, and Earned channels.
Set creative standards and governance across internal teams and agencies.
Partner with Growth while maintaining explicit ownership of brand identity and equity.




Use AI and automation for creative production, localization, personalization, and social listening while protecting brand authenticity.
Build and lead a lean, high-performing brand and creative team.

Branded search and organic/direct demand.

Requirements
10+ years in Brand Marketing, Brand Strategy, Creative Strategy, or Brand Leadership.
Proven experience building or scaling consumer-facing brands.
Experience in OTT, media, entertainment, consumer tech, internet, or culture-led businesses preferred.
Robust expertise in brand positioning, creative strategy, storytelling, and brand guidelines.
Experience across social, PR, earned media, and integrated campaigns.
