Job Description
Processing and submitting visa applications for individual and group travelers
Liaising with embassies and consulates to obtain necessary documentation
Providing guidance and assistance to clients on visa requirements and procedures
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date visa records and documentation
Ensuring all visa applications are completed accurately and on time
Responding to inquiries and resolving any issues related to visa applications
Collaborating with clients, colleagues, and government agencies to facilitate visa processing
Keeping abreast of changes in visa regulations and requirements
Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding visa applications
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
