About the Role -
ComplianceAssist is ChiStats' AI-enabled compliance platform
for Asset Management Companies. We are looking for a compliance skilled
with practical experience in the Indian BFSI regulatory workplace to join our
Product team.
The role involves applying compliance expertise to a
technology-enabled product. You will work with Product and Technology teams to
interpret regulatory requirements, review compliance workflows and outputs,
identify gaps, and help ensure that ComplianceAssist reflects real-world
compliance practices.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Analyse SEBI, AMFI, and other relevant regulatory circulars and requirements and assess their impact on compliance processes.
Review
compliance workflows and AI-assisted outputs against applicable regulatory
requirements for accuracy and completeness.
Identify
gaps or incorrect interpretations and work with Product and Technology
teams to resolve them.
Provide
domain inputs on compliance processes, requirements.
Participate
in testing and validation of recent and enhanced features from a
compliance perspective.
Stay
updated on relevant regulatory developments and identify implications for
the product.
Contribute
to improving ComplianceAssist based on practical knowledge of AMC and BFSI
compliance processes.
