Job Description
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency
Implement current manufacturing processes to increase productivity
Analyze and resolve production issues to ensure compliance with quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production operations
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for manufacturing processes
Monitor key performance indicators and recommend corrective actions as needed
Conduct feasibility studies for implementing current technologies in production
Train production staff on current processes and equipment
Participate in design reviews and provide input on manufacturability
Stay current on industry trends and recommend process enhancements to stay competitive.
