Position: Channel Sales Manager - Loan Against Property
Key Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and onboard channel partners including brokers, agents, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with channel partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and support.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets for loan against property products.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify current business opportunities and maximize sales potential.
Training and Enablement:
Provide training and support to channel partners on loan against property products, processes, and sales techniques.
Conduct regular sales meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance partner knowledge and performance.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
Drive lead generation activities through channel partners to ensure a consistent pipeline of loan against property applications.




Monitor lead conversion rates and work closely with partners to optimize sales processes and improve conversion rates.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitor and track sales performance against targets, KPIs, and key metrics.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures related to loan against property sales.
Implement risk management practices and controls to mitigate potential risks associated with sales activities.
Customer Relationship Management:
Collaborate with channel partners to provide excellent customer service and support throughout the loan application and approval process.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and qualified manner.
