Job Description
Oversee the entire insurance portfolio for Kotak Life Insurance
Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and revenue
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth prospects




Lead a team of insurance agents and ensure they meet sales targets
Provide training and support to agents to enhance their performance
Evaluate and approve insurance claims according to company policies
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service
