Job Description:

Job Summary:-

The Plant Head will be responsible for leading end-to-end manufacturing operations, projects for Paint Division. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring high-quality production, optimizing costs, and building a high-performance team. The ideal candidate should come with deep exposure to the paint industry and possess strong technical, operational, and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities: -

Plant Operations & Production Management
Oversee complete plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain coordination. Will be overseeing the projects also.
Ensure production targets are met with optimal utilization of resources
Drive continuous improvement in productivity, efficiency, and plant performance

Quality & Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and product specifications
Maintain compliance with all statutory, environmental, and safety regulations
Implement best practices in quality assurance and control systems





Process Optimization & Cost Management
Identify opportunities for cost reduction, waste minimization, and process improvement
Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Monitor plant budgets, cost controls, and operational KPIs

Safety & Setting
Ensure a secure working workplace by enforcing safety protocols and standards
Drive initiatives related to sustainability and environmental compliance

Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with internal teams including R&D;, Sales, Procurement, and Supply Chain
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on plant performance and strategic initiatives

Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team across Production, QA, and Maintenance
Build a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance
Drive employee engagement and capability development
