Job Description
Responsible for efficiently managing the collection process for outstanding payments
Regularly contacting clients to discuss payment status and negotiate payment plans
Tracking and documenting all communication related to collections
Collaborating with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment disputes
Coordinating with legal counsel to initiate legal action if necessary
Analyzing customer payment trends and implementing strategies to minimize overdue payments
Preparing and presenting regular reports on collection efforts and outcomes
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
Providing excellent customer service while professionally resolving customer issues
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer account information in the database
