The Senior ASM at our financial services provider will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of ASM's in a designated area to drive sales and achieve targets. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Senior ASM will also be responsible for training and mentoring ASM's, conducting performance evaluations, and providing regular reports to senior management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of financial products and services. A degree in business or a related field is preferred, along with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
