Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Qualitative Insights Specialist to bridge the gap between raw interview data and actionable intelligence. In this pivotal role, you will review and refine audio transcripts of interviews with influential buyers of financial services (buy-side), ensuring maximum clarity and precision. By actively analyzing these conversations, you will curate critical insights and "high-impact" quotes—filtering out noise to deliver essential Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback to our sell-side clients. Combining a sharp financial acumen with a focus on efficiency,



you will proactively influence business decisions in piloting AI-driven improvements, driving enhancements in operational efficiency and the quality of client deliverables.

Primary Responsibilities

· Review and Edit Transcripts: Review and edit audio transcripts of recorded interviews with influential buyers of financial services, ensuring maximum accuracy and clarity.

· Identify and Extract High-Impact Verbatims: Actively listen to and analyze audio to identify, isolate, and curate critical insights, themes, and key quotes ("colour") that directly impact buy-side decision-making.

· Prioritize Actionable VoC Insights: Evaluate content to determine which messages are most critical for our sell-side clients, filtering out noise to highlight actionable feedback and sentiment.
