You will shape the future BMW vehicles dynamics by bringing Suspension Systems, including architecture definition, subsystem integration, and component engineering.
Drive concept development, CAD design execution, and product engineering activities for suspension assemblies and structural components.

What should you bring along
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or a related field.




Proven experience in suspension assemblies, structural components, chassis systems, and vehicle integration.
Minimum 15 years of experience in automotive product design and development with robust expertise in Suspension Systems.
Strong understanding of automotive engineering processes, product development lifecycle, and quality standards.
Very good English language skills (German language is an advantage).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with global cross-functional teams.

Must have technical skill
Define system architecture, kinematic analysis, technical requirements, and design specifications for suspension systems.
Lead concept generation, feasibility studies, design optimization, and trade-off analysis considering performance, cost, weight, manufacturability, and packaging.
Develop and review suspension components for durability, strength, NVH,
