Position: BDM- Franchisee Business

CTC: up to 8.5 LPA + Incentives

Exp. 3+ Yrs. in HNI Acquisition/ Wealth Sales/ Investment Products/ PMS/ AIF Sales via IFA/B2B/Franchise Channel within BFSI Industry

Location: Central Delhi/ Raipur/ Jabalpur/ Bhopal

Education: Graduate or MBA/PGDM in Financial Planning/Wealth Management. Other qualifications like CFP, will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Franchisee Business Development:-

Support franchise partners in acquiring recent clients through hyperlocal business development initiatives.

Organise customer engagement activities, seminars, and events to generate quality leads and enhance brand visibility.

Assist franchise partners in client onboarding and business activation.

Revenue Growth:-

Drive revenue generation for franchise partners by increasing client participation and product penetration.

Support Asset Under Management (AUM) growth through investment and broking solutions.

Promote cross-selling of financial products to maximize partner productivity.





Track and improve the performance of High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and high-value client portfolios.

Product Promotion & Training:-

Conduct awareness sessions and workshops on investment products.

Coordinate with internal product teams to provide timely product updates and sales support.

Ensure franchise partners are equipped with the latest product knowledge and market insights.

Relationship Management:-

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned franchise partners.

Build long-term relationships by providing strategic guidance and business development support.

Identify business prospects and recommend growth strategies to franchise partners.

Compliance & Operational Support:-

Ensure franchise partners adhere to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Resolve operational issues and partner concerns promptly.
