The Sr. Officer-HR at Ashok Iron Works Plant-II will be responsible for overseeing all human resources activities at the plant. This includes recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The role will involve working closely with plant management to develop HR strategies that support the overall business goals. The Sr. Officer-HR will also be responsible for maintaining employee records, updating policies and procedures, and fostering a positive work workplace. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced industrial environment. A minimum of 5 years of HR experience is required.
Job Description
Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance morale and productivity
Coordinate and conduct learning and development programs for employees at all levels
Manage non IT recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent
Oversee payroll and ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as needed
Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes
Act as a strategic partner to senior management in achieving organizational goals through effective HR practices.
