Position Overview

Location: Kia India Pvt., Ltd., Penukonda Mandal, Sri Sathyasai District,

Formally (Anantapur District), Andhra Pradesh

Qualification: Any Graduate/PG (Preferably in BHM) OR with relevant experience in GA (Canteen Estate & Transport Management)

Designation: Dy. Manager – Team Member

Experience: 6–12 years of relevant experience in Canteen Estate & Transport Management

Automotive / Manufacturing / Industrial sector.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Canteen Management
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and canteen contractor and conduct regular vendor review meetings.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, food safety, hygiene, personal hygiene, and medical fitness standards.
Monitor food quality, taste, freshness, portion size, menu adherence, and timely service as per production shifts.
Conduct routine inspections of kitchen, storage, and dining areas and ensure timely closure of observations.
Collect employee feedback and resolve food quality/service-related issues in coordination with the vendor.
Monitor vendor performance against agreed SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and contract terms.
