Business Development Manager :

Job Responsibilities:
Use Online and Offline Platforms to get leads and directly reach out to them
Actively seek out current sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Solid understanding of IT products, services, and solutions (e.g., software, websites, LMS platforms, etc)
Knowledge of Business Analysis will be a Plus.
Experience in interacting with clients in different countries.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to meeting and closing.
Be a key player and contributor to the direction & management of the growing sales team.
Achieve sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Update and maintain CRM Tools (Zoho)
Monitor Industry Trends, Work & Competitors
Prepare and Analyse Sales Pipelines & Reports
Work closely with sales, marketing,



and technical teams to drive sales initiatives
Present IT products/services to potential clients through direct communication (emails, phone calls, meetings)

Skill Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years in an IT Organisation (Required)
Proven Track Record
Understand client project requirements
Thorough understanding of websites, software & development tools
Positive command of the English language.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

Work Timings : 10 am - 7pm (We work on 1st, 3rd & 5th (If Any) Saturdays)
