As part of our continued growth, we are appointing a senior skilled to lead our MEP Design and Engineering Services vertical.

About the Role

You will lead multidisciplinary design teams across Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC and Plumbing, delivering high-rise commercial buildings, large residential and mixed-use developments, airports, metro and transport infrastructure, and data centres. The role combines hands-on technical authority with team leadership, delivery ownership and direct client engagement on international projects.

Key Responsibilities




Provide leadership and strategic direction to the MEP Design and Engineering Services vertical
Build, lead and mentor multidisciplinary design teams across Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC and Plumbing
Own technical quality across the portfolio, including design reviews, approvals and sign-off
Ensure designs comply with applicable international codes and standards (US, European, APAC)
Manage end-to-end delivery including planning, resourcing, budgets, schedules and risk
Act as the senior technical point of contact for international clients, architects and consultants
Drive adoption of current design tools, BIM workflows and internal engineering standards
Support business growth through technical proposals, bids and capability building
