Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent




Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure successful candidate placements
Review resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate fit for positions
Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices
Negotiate and extend job offers to successful candidates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
