GENERAL MANAGER - MARKETING

Description

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Marketing to lead the hospital’s marketing, business development, patient acquisition and revenue growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive OPD, IPD, diagnostics and specialty-wise patient volumes.
Drive patient acquisition through digital, offline, referral and community-based initiatives.
Develop and strengthen doctor referral networks and corporate relationships.
Build relationships with insurance companies, TPAs, corporates and other healthcare partners.
Plan and execute health camps, medical events, outreach programs and specialty-focused campaigns.
Drive digital marketing initiatives including lead generation, social media, performance marketing and online campaigns.
Work closely with doctors and clinical departments to promote key specialties, services and recent initiatives.




Identify recent markets, referral opportunities and channels for patient and revenue growth.
Monitor marketing leads, conversions, patient acquisition, campaign performance and ROI.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Manage marketing agencies, vendors and external partners.
Lead, mentor and monitor the performance of the marketing and business development team.
Prepare regular MIS and performance reports for senior management.
