Job Description
Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms
Evaluate and review suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery speed
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels
Monitor and update inventory levels to ensure timely and effective procurement
Coordinate with other departments to ensure purchasing needs are met
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to cultivate positive and productive partnerships
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to make informed purchasing decisions
Assist in the development of procurement strategies and policies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Perform cost analysis and budgeting to optimize purchasing processes
