Job Description
Make outbound calls to promote company products or services
Answer incoming calls from customers regarding orders or inquiries
Follow up with potential leads via phone calls




Provide information about products or services and make recommendations
Keep accurate records of calls made and outcomes
Meet daily call quotas and targets
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a qualified manner
Collaborate with sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
Stay updated on product knowledge and changes in company policies
Adhere to company scripts and procedures for phone calls
