Job Description
Make outbound calls to Amazon customers to promote products and services
Respond to incoming calls from customers in a qualified and courteous manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions




Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by Amazon
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills
Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Stay up-to-date on Amazon's products, policies, and procedures
Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
