Job Description
Oversee all aspects of the tool room operations
Responsible for maintaining and organizing tools, equipment, and spare parts
Coordinate with production team to ensure tools are available and in positive working condition




Develop and implement tool maintenance schedules
Inspect tools for wear and tear, and arrange for repairs or replacements
Track inventory of tools and supplies, and order materials as needed
Train and supervise tool room staff
Enforce safety regulations and proper tool handling procedures
Collaborate with engineering department on tool design and modifications
Ensure compliance with quality standards and production schedules.
